SUSTAINABLE SEAFOOD DINNER AT THE RED DRUM

Join Executive Chef Ben Berryhill and Sustainable Seafood Biologist Megan Westmeyer for a five course dinner featuring responsibly harvested local seafood selections at one of Mt. Pleasant's most popular restaurants.The evening's menu will include seasonal dishes featuring sustainable clams, oysters, snapper and grouper. Support Charleston's aquaculture with selections direct from local fishermen Toby Van Buren and Mark Marhefka.
