Bios

Ben Berryhill | Lauren Mitterer | Charlie Chance

Lauren Mitterer

Lauren attended the University of Virginia and graduated in 2002 with a B.A. in Studio Art. She later went on to pursue an Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from the Culinary Institute of America. She worked as a pastry chef in Vail, Colorado and New York City before moving to Charleston to open the Red Drum in May of 2005.
